Hope my girlfriend understood all my innuendos and she’s getting me this for Christmas. From what I’ve read, this is a great upgrade with high frame rates and the fact that it’s smaller makes it suitable for even more activities. The price might be a bit exaggerated, but in a short time we would see a lot of great deals, especially on Amazon.

Nice upgrade from the Hero 3. I was a bit hesitant at first but decided to go for it and couldn’t be happier. In works underwater, in muddy areas and it’s super solid, it survived a lot of falls and it looks and works perfectly. Glad I bought it, I’m seriously hooked on it!

  • Charlie

GoPro seems to be the latest Apple, they’re really milking this niche! Agreed, their products are great but they release so many updates that it’s hard to keep track of them. However, the LCD touch screen is a nice feature, this could possibly be the selling point for many buyers.

    • Zack

You are so right about the endless updates! How in the world can anyone keep track of them! Anyway, they are in luck because I LOVE their products as their quality is higher than the price you pay. For the Hero 4 I like that you can instantly share footage on FB and Youtube and that it’s just $399 (the Silver version which I like better anyway).

  • DroneNerd

Looks like it could be a really nice camera, I may want to get it later! Thanks for sharing Dronebly!

  • Alex London

I’ve already got the hero 3+ black edition but the addition of the low light/night capabilities and bluetooth make it a worthwhile upgrade. Two gopro’s will allow me to get some pretty cool footage!

    • Alee

Hey how has it been working so far mate? I really am looking forward in getting one for myself soon!

  • Carlos

I’m very new to this whole thing and I’m just going to order the Hero that’s $129.99. I need some time to become better and I don’t want to spend too much on a camera. I just want to start somewhere as soon as possible and because of money constraints; this is the best option for me right now.

  • Alee

It doesn’t get damaged by the extreme cold temperature and the ice? Wow this is really cool!! And built in wifi? Is that even possible? I am actually mind blown!
